Gratitude doesn’t only come from the pleasant emotions.
Sometimes it begins when we listen to what’s true: when we treat feelings as information — signals that help us understand what we need, what we value, and what might be asking for care.
You don’t have to act on every feeling.
You can simply notice it, and let it guide you back to yourself.
