Happy New Year!
I hope you’re having a glowing start to 2025! As a Capricorn, January always feels like a fresh chapter — a chance to pause, reflect, and set intentions for the year ahead. Here are a couple of things I do to prepare for what’s next and ground myself in what matters most:
🫶 Choose a word or theme for the year:
- My word for 2024 was Creativity. After navigating a few tricky years— including a supply chain crisis, a pandemic, and everything in between — 2023 became a reset year, focused on discipline, financial stability, and sticking to the plan. In 2024, I embraced creativity, allowing myself to have fun with product development and experiment with new ideas in marketing.
- For 2025, my focus is Abundance of Time. I’m letting go of a scarcity mindset and leaning into the belief that there’s enough space for everything that truly matters most to me.
💡 Ask yourself:
- How does your word reflect where you want to go?
- What daily actions support this intention?
Write your word somewhere visible — on a journal, your phone wallpaper, or sticky notes.
✨ Answer reflection prompts:
- Take a moment to think about,
- What am I letting go of in 2024?
- What gave me energy in 2024?
- What am I inviting into my life in 2025?
- Who do I want to show up as this year?
