Soak dates in warm water for ~5 minutes to soften. Drain water before adding dates to a food processor.
In a food processor, combine dates, peanut butter, hemp seeds, chia seeds and protein powder. Mix until dough starts to form together, scraping edges as needed.
Roll into balls, this recipe makes 8-12 depending on the size.
Transfer to the fridge for ~30 minutes to firm up.
Enjoy as a pre or post workout snack, or anytime really!
Keep extras in the fridge.
