Happy Women's Health Month! I’m so thrilled we have an entire month dedicated to a topic that has been historically underfunded, under-researched, and misunderstood. Too many women are left struggling with symptoms that, in many cases, could be prevented or managed - if only we had the right information and support.

What’s even more frustrating? Much of the guidance out there about women’s health comes from people who aren’t women themselves—offering advice without truly understanding the gender-specific nuances of our biology. Too often women are overlooked and underserved in medical, nutrition, and fitness research.
