🌊 First Look at the Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low "Ocean Fog"
TLDR:
Supreme and Nike SB are rolling out not one, not two, not three,
but five SB Dunk Low collabs as part of the former’s 2025 collaborative
slate, and now photos of the collection’s “Ocean Fog” colorway have been
revealed.
Why
It Matters: Like the previously-revealed Supreme x Nike SB
Dunk Low “Ink” and Supreme x Nike SB Dunk Low “Camper Green,” the “Ocean
Fog” offers bold Supreme branded hits and a suede construction, but,
dissimilar to its contemporaries, it provides a purely two-tone
colorblocking scheme. Where the above-mentioned pairs split their
palettes with an accent provided by a black Swoosh, the “Ocean Fog” opts
for just two hues on its upper half: the eponymous “Ocean Fog,” a cloudy
blue hue, is used on Swooshes, mudguards, eyestays, heel overlays and
heel tabs, while the rest of the top half is dressed in black. Other embellishments include a debossed
Supreme logo on the lateral side of the midsole and a custom orange
hangtag.

🤔 What's the Best Footwear Brand of 2024?
TLDR:
In 2024, the sneaker industry witnessed significant developments,
with major brands introducing innovative designs and collaborations. Hypebeast100 has named HOKA
as the best footwear brand this year, but we hit the streets in London
and NYC to get your takes.
Why
It Matters: While some of you might agree with our choice of
putting HOKA on the throne for 2024, a good number have voted for Nike,
which isn't a huge surprise as the brand consistently reigns supreme for
the longest time. But that begs the question of whether people are
looking at the year the brand has been having or if it is more of a
brand that's always up there in the back of our minds. Either way, Nike
is just doing its job right. ASICS got a lot of upticks as well, which
given that the Japanese brand has integrated itself into a lot of
partnerships recently while also topping running shoe charts with its Novablast 4 running shoe, it makes sense that it's getting the full
recognition it deserves.
It's all down to personal preference, which is why we want to know your
thoughts.

💨 PRIX and Tarmac Collaborate on Automotive-Inspired Collection
TLDR:
Streetwear brand PRIX has teamed up with die-cast car specialist
Tarmac for a collaboration celebrating automotive culture and iconic
hero cars.
Why
It Matters: This partnership pays tribute to PRIX founder
Esther Ng‘s Mazda RX-7 FD and the black Nissan Silvia S15s owned by
close friends Kota and Tonnderu. For Esther and her team, this
collaboration marks the realization of a long-held dream. Known for
their passion for both real and model cars, PRIX has spent years
researching ways to merge their love for automotive design with their
brand ethos. The connection with Tarmac was facilitated by Hana Burton,
a sponsored driver and mutual friend of both brands. With Tarmac
expanding into streetwear collaborations, this launch marks the
beginning of an ongoing partnership. As PRIX’s community continues to
grow, the collaboration aims to spotlight more vehicles that define and
inspire their creative direction. Both brands promise future projects
that fuse fashion, car culture and storytelling in innovative ways.

📌 Stylist and Content Creator Justin Boone Takes Us to His Favorite NYC
Spots
TLDR:
Justin Boone is always up for an adventure. For a comprehensive city guide, footwear
brand SOREL tapped Boone to share his favorite spots spanning Brooklyn
and Manhattan.
Why
It Matters: Showing off the dynamic wearability of the
Caribou boot, Boone brought us along for a busy day, visiting some of
his go-to spots in Brooklyn and Manhattan. After suiting up for the day
in his new footwear, Boone headed to Brooklyn Blend, a Bed-Stuy staple
that is ingrained in the neighborhood’s history. Founded by lifelong
residents, the Black-owned cafe brings fresh juices, smoothies and
comfort food to Brooklyn. “I really enjoy going to Brooklyn Blend and
sitting in the corners of the cafe where the window is. My favorite
thing to order is the falafel wrap alongside a ginger shot and a
smoothie,” he shares. Next, the creator took us along as he shopped at
some of his favorite vintage spots, Colbo and Front General Store. As a
vintage clothing aficionado, Boone is often looking for unique pieces
that can endure the test of time. Both Colbo and Front General Store
offer curated, one-of-a-kind finds that stand out to Boone.
