Normally when I show up in your inbox, it’s with something new or exciting. But today’s message is a little different — and more urgent.
Due to sharply rising global tariffs, the cost to bring our razors into the U.S. has nearly tripled over the past few weeks. As a small business, we simply don’t have the resources to absorb the entirety of this tax.
So here’s what’s happening:
We’ll be raising prices across all razors and bundles this coming Monday at midnight.
And here’s what to expect:
- The Leaf Razor will increase from $89 → $109
- Twig & Thorn Razors from $59 → $79
- Bundles like our Face & Body Set will go from $125 → $149
We’re not happy about this. But it’s a move we must make to stay strong — for our team, our customers, and our mission to build better personal care tools that help each of you get better results with less waste.
Even though it’s a significant jump, here’s one way to think about it: We’re essentially adding the cost of a single four-pack of disposable G**lette cartridges to the price of a forever razor.
That means, for the cost of 2 months of Big Shave refills, you maintain all the benefits of Leaf Shave:
- You still get a razor that lasts and is backed by a lifetime warranty
- You still refill it for cents with standard safety blades
- You still help reduce plastic waste with every shave
Many of our razors are already selling out as we run through pre-tariff inventory. When those restock, they will return at the new prices — no exceptions.
So if you’ve been considering a new razor or gift, this weekend is the time to act.
