Hey there,
Will here—co-founder of Western Rise and proud owner of too many travel miles and exactly one hoodie I refuse to take off.
As we head into the holiday weekend, I wanted to drop in with a quick note of gratitude. You’ve let us be a small part of your adventures—across borders, time zones, and some seriously unpredictable holiday itineraries. And for that, I can’t thank you enough.
Lets be real- Holiday travel is no ones favorite. Delays, chaos, noise. One minute, you're juggling bags through a terminal (assuming you got your bags). The next, you’re fielding personal questions across a dinner table like it’s a press conference. That’s why I built Western Rise—to make gear that’s comfortable, adaptable, and elevated enough to fake it through a fancy dinner.
This year, I’ve got a new rotation that’s kept me ready for anything—from the streets of Saigon to the shuffle of the security line. This is my personal lineup for the week ahead. Stuff I’m actually wearing.
- Evolution Pants:Clean enough for family photos. Stretchy enough for sitting through your uncle’s new conspiracy theory. (I grabbing the new umber color in the classic fit)
- Venture Zip Hoodie: Quietly technical, surprisingly breathable, always in my carry-on.
- Location X Tee: My no-fuss base layer that’s handled 90° heat and sub-zero cabins.
- Airlock Packing Cubes: The secret to packing like a pro, even when you're running late (again). So I always fit in a carry on and my bags anre never lost.
Oh—and the Black Friday sale is on. Up to 60% off. These pieces are in there.
Thanks for being part of the ride. More behind-the-scenes updates from Vietnam coming soon.
