Why: Stone Island has just opened its latest retail in Paris, acting as the capital city's new flagship location. The new brick-and-mortar spans over 200 square meters within a historic Haussmann-style building. Designed in collaboration with research and design studio OMA/AMO, the two-floor store features textured cork walls, compressed soil panels, and energy-efficient light fixtures. The design incorporates natural light through a skylight and includes a stainless-steel staircase connecting both floors.
