Hot news! Our Steak Masala is now Everything Grill Seasoning. What does that mean for you? Honestly, just a more straightforward name so that y’all know that it’s actually great on everything. Same spice blend, same ingredients, and truly so many ways to use it!
I love a good steak, and have used this seasoning for countless steak salad dinners to unwind after long work days, but I’ve just as often sprinkled it on fried eggs and roasted veggies. Every single time I tell anyone about our Steak Masala, I find myself highlighting how great it is beyond steak. So, honestly, it just made sense to change that dang name. We went through so many options for this name, and finally, my solution (as always) was to get all of you involved! Three shortlisted options (including Grill Queen and Grill Seasoning), and 1800 Instagram votes later, Everything Grill Seasoning was the clear winner!
- Use it as a dry rub to grill, well, everything! It works great on a ribeye, New York Strip, porterhouse, chicken breast, king oyster mushrooms, cauliflower, tofu, cabbage, and more!
- Use it as a seasoning to spruce up simple fried eggs (you don’t need to add salt or pepper, it’s all in there!).
- Sprinkle it over a slice of takeout pizza in place of oregano or chilli flakes!
- Add a couple tablespoons to panko breadcrumbs for crispy chicken or pork cutlets
- Use it to season just about any roasted veggies—potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, asparagus, and more!
