🤝 Official Look at adidas Originals x Bad Bunny & Lionel Messi Gazelle
and F50 Cleat
TLDR:
adidas Originals has officially announced Bad Bunny and Lionel
Messi‘s joint collaboration in two new silhouettes, featuring an indoor
Gazelle and an F50 cleat, which both draw inspiration from the Puerto
Rican rapper and the Argentinian football star’s cross-cultural
communities.
Why
It Matters: “This campaign celebrates our fans,” Messi said
in a statement. “Music is connected to many aspects of my life, and Bad
Bunny is an artist who is never missing from my playlist,” he continued.

🚧 Dr. Martens 1460 Is More Than Just a Boot
TLDR:
The 1460 is informed by Dr. Martens workwear heritage, but the
1460 Sub Boot’s upgraded construction includes newer, advanced features.
Why
It Matters: A boot like no other, the classic 1460 boot is
made for experimentation. For the past 60 years, the legacy staple has
revolutionized footwear. First advancement is an updated “Bouncing Sole”
extended up to the puritan stitch line for water protection. The boot’s
upper blends a highly water-resistant Newlands leather with a breathable
fleece lining, ensuring weather protection in even the toughest
conditions. Though these features were made for wear and tear,
aesthetically, the signature shoe has become a canvas for innovation and
inspiration for the brand. Subverting the 1460 as we know it, and
elevating it with maximalist features, the 14XX Sub Boot has a modular
design accented by a bold, distorted print.

💨 Go the Distance in the adidas Adizero Evo SL Running Shoes With the
Hypebeast Run Club
TLDR:
Feel fast, fierce and free to go the distance in the adidas
Adizero Evo SL running shoes like the Hypebeast Run Club.
Why
It Matters: In early October, our grassroots running group
laced up adidas’ latest speed-inspired shoe for their monthly after-work
meetup of 3-5 mile runs. For the fast training runs, the Adizero Evo SL
supplied style and support, the latter in the form of the full-length
high-stack Lightstrike Pro midsole. As the group gained speed during
their rapid running session to and from the East River and across the
Manhattan Bridge, the sleek silhouette’s bold black stripes – adidas’
signature symbol – blurred with each stride. A minimalist model, the
Adizero Evo SL’s design details go beyond the soft surface. Aside from
crisp, clean lines and a white finish – inspired by the road racing
aesthetic of the Adizero Adios Pro Evo 1 – the Adizero Evo SL takes the
title as the lightest trainer in adidas’ inventory of running shoes.
